A birth certificate is the first endorsement by the state after the birth of a person or person. After the birth of a child, his/her information is legally entered into the government register by the birth portal. In 2004, the government enacted the Birth and Death Penalty Act. Or any party related to birth as proof of date of birth or his address on the portal. or attestation of an NGO worker.

We know that from 2006 when the Birth and Death Act was enacted till 2010 birth certificates were provided without originals. During the sea the citizens of the country do birth portals. But now it is a very easy process to visit birth portal by paying certain amount fee.

Step 1 - Collecting Forms
Any schedule on the Shishu Janm Portal, Municipal Office, or Ward Office should be collected.

Step 2 – Fill the form
After collecting the form fill the network form properly.
Step 3 – Submit the application form
After filling the form, check it carefully and submit it. Correspondence must accompany the form before submission. After the work is completed, the program of the council, councilor, mayor should be submitted according to the address.
Next Step- Collecting Coupons
Applicants who have submitted Form T have to declare the coupon on a specified date. Coupon means f
