10 tips for girls to live a healthy life:

 Most of the women of today's time who exercise for at least 30 minutes live a strict life, which increases the risk of heart disease,  there is no pair of exercises to avoid this risk. Exercise is not even like going to the gym and exercising we are cycling, cutting stars, and aerobics. Just thirty minutes of practicing them reduce the risk of diseases like heart disease, osteoporosis, and diabetes.

BMI refers to the amount of fat in the human body relative to age and height. The following is a list of BMIs:

  •   25 to 29. 9 is considered to be overweight. In this case, your physical exercise is recommended.
Now we have to develop a balanced diet as planned to maintain an ideal BMI. One should keep natural ingredients like vegetables, fruits, etc. in daily meals and a little exercise. 

4.  Practicing yoga regularly:

Humans can't control what's happening outside, but you can control what's going on inside you. This medium is yoga. Yoga has been an integral part of Indian culture since ancient times. 6. Protecting yourself from excessive sunshine: 

sun is a good source of vitamin D. It helps in the absorption of calcium from our body. But the harmful ultraviolet rays of the sun have a lot of bad effects on our skin. For this, lotions or ultraviolet rays can be used as protective lotions, hats, etc., which protect us from excess sunlight.

7. Sleeping for at least 6-7 hours a day is an essential thing to build our good health:
